Immigration Pilots for Rural and Francophone Communities (RCIP, FCIP)
These pilot programs offer permanent residency to qualified candidates who wish to work and live in one of 18 selected Canadian communities, provided they are eligible and receive a job offer in one of the selected communities and meet other eligibility criteria.
