Initial Consultation Request

Type of Service: Digital Initial Consultation

Cost: $30 - You will get the same amount discounted (minus $30) from your program service fee, if you choose to retain our services.

Instructions:

1) Carefully read the Initial Consultation Agreement below. If you agree, fill in all required fields, enter your full name in the Client Digital Signature field, and click Submit.

2) Send your payment to admin@topnationimmigration.ca via e-transfer (for clients in Canada only) or WISE International Money Transfers. You must use the same e-mail you provide on your Initial Consultation Agreement to make your payment. If these payment methods are not availabe in your country select this option on the form below and we will send you payment arrangements that suit you based on your country of residence.

3) Once we have received the Initial Consultation Agreement and your payment, we will send you the Digital Assessment Form for your chosen Canadian immigration program within 2 business days.

4) The results of your initial consultation will be sent to you within 3 business days of receiving the completed and signed Digital Assessment Form from you.

Considering that the RCIC and the Client wish to enter into a written agreement, based on the information provided by the Client, which will be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, for the purpose of conducting a digital consultation to assess the Client's eligibility for the program selected above.

The client must pay a $30 consultation fee. This fee is not refundable. You will get the same amount discounted (minus $30) from your program service fee, if you choose to retain our services.

Please note that Harmit Klair is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), member number R513508, and as such, is bound by its Statutes, Professional Code, and Regulations.

Confidentiality

All information and documentation provided by the Client during the initial consultation will remain strictly confidential by the RCIC and its team, except as authorized by the Client or as provided by the CICC.

Role of the CICC

The CICC was created as a self-regulatory organization because it is understood that RCICs possess specialized knowledge and that immigration and citizenship consulting can be considered a regulated profession that can be trusted.

As a regulator, the CICC sets standards of education, professional practice, and ethics for its graduates.

By doing so, you can ensure the fairest outcomes for people wishing to immigrate to Canada.

Terms and Conditions

Fees payable to the RCIC must be made using the payment method agreed upon by both parties.

Fees paid are non-refundable.

Following the initial consultation, the RCIC undertakes to provide the client with a summary of the consultation results, via email or WhatsApp message, within 3 business days.

The Client must sign this Agreement by entering their full name in the signature box of this Contract (below).
