The client must pay a $30 consultation fee. This amount will be deducted from the cost of services for the Canadian immigration program that meets your eligibility, should you decide to use our services for that application.
Please note that Harmit Klair is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (ICCRC), member number R513508, and as such, is bound by its Statutes, Professional Code, and Regulations.
Confidentiality
All information and documentation provided by the Client during the initial consultation will remain strictly confidential by the RCIC and its team, except as authorized by the Client or as provided by the CICC.
Role of the CICC
The CICC was created as a self-regulatory organization because it is understood that RCICs possess specialized knowledge and that immigration and citizenship consulting can be considered a regulated profession that can be trusted.
As a regulator, the CICC sets standards of education, professional practice, and ethics for its graduates.
By doing so, you can ensure the fairest outcomes for people wishing to immigrate to Canada.
Terms and Conditions
Fees payable to the RCIC must be made using the payment method agreed upon by both parties.
Fees paid are non-refundable.
Following the initial consultation, the RCIC undertakes to provide the client with a summary of the consultation results, via email or WhatsApp message, within 3 business days.
The Client must sign this Agreement by entering their full name in the signature box of this Contract (below).
