Overcome your Inadmissibility
According to Canadian immigration law, if you are inadmissible to Canada, you cannot enter or remain in Canada.
Individuals may be found inadmissible to enter or remain in Canada for reasons of: Security, Violations of Human or International Rights, Sanctions, Serious Crime, Criminality, Cross-Border Crime, Organized Crime, Health, and Misrepresentation.
If you are not permitted to enter and remain in Canada due to inadmissibility, you may (depending on the degree of inadmissibility) be able to overcome your inadmissibility before you can apply for a Canadian visa or other Canadian immigration program.
